How do I place my order?
Orders can be placed through the following:

  • Online
  • Phone by calling our customer service team toll free at 1-888-788-8520, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, CST.
  • Fax. Print out an order form, fill in your order, and fax to Andrews Office Supplies at 708-788-8804.

When will I receive my order?
Your order should arrive 10-15 working days after you have signed-off on the printing proof. All envelope orders include FREE INSIDE SECURED DELIVERY.

Can I place a rush order?
Yes. To place a rush order, call our customer service team toll free at 1-888-788-8520 and place your order over the phone. Please note there will be an additional service charge of $40.00 plus shipping charges for anything other than standard shipping.

Will I receive a confirmation after I place my order?
Yes. You will receive an email notification that your order has been placed. If you have not received an order confirmation within 72 hours of placing your order, please call our customer service team toll free at 1-888-788-8520 to verify your order has been placed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Andrews Office Supplies accepts Visa, MasterCard and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT). Andrews Office Supplies also accepts Purchase Order's (PO) provided there is a valid PO number with Net 30 terms.

How do I measure the window size and placement of the window on the envelope?

How to Measure Window Size:

Measure: Height x Width
First measurement is the height.
Second measurement is the width.

Standard Window Size: 1 1/8" x 4 1/2"
Height = 1 1/8"   Width = 4 1/2"

Placement of Window:
Measure from left edge of envelope to left edge of the window.
Measure up from bottom edge of envelope to bottom edge of window.

From Left = 7/8"
From Bottom = 1/2"

What do I need to include for Electronic File Transfers of artwork for envelopes?

  1. A faxed hard copy of the artwork with a faxed copy of the purchase order.
  2. A purchase order number and a contact name sent with the electronic file.
  3. Send all other correspondence via the Contact Us page on this web-site.

What is a "proof?”
A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your type and layout accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements.

Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online.
After we receive your signed approval of the proof, the envelopes will be printed.

If we need to correct something, or if you've had second thoughts, you can request a second proof until we all agree it's ready to print.

Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done?
As much as we'd like to say that we're perfect, mistakes do happen occasionally. Your signed approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.

Do I still need to approve a proof if I bring my work in on disk?
Only if you require it. It's your decision.

When is camera ready artwork needed?
Camera ready artwork is needed for changes to Business Reply and Courtesy Reply envelope formats when:

  • Envelopes need any changes such as street address or zipcode + 4
  • Customers want envelopes printed with a new address
  • Customers want the same business reply printed in a different size envelope

Does Andrews Office Supplies offer archival services for custom printing?
Yes. Once we have obtained your custom printing order, we will save your information in our printing archives for future custom printing orders.

No. At this time, Andrews Office Supplies does not offer international shipping.

Yes. Andrews Office Supplies will ship orders to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, there will be an additional shipping charge added to the order.
